My role as your coach is to finally get you to this place, but it won't happen by just losing weight or getting healthier or fitter because you can do all those things but if you don't believe you can maintain results, or that you deserve to have them then you will end up at square one.

To become the version of you that doesn't constantly self-sabotage by bingeing and falling back into old habits you have to rewire your beliefs and your mindset.

 

To change your current results you have to start thinking differently because my friend if you don't have the first line in check then you're going to continue in the same cycle you are in right now.

In other words, if the beliefs you hold about yourself are that you don't deserve to love your body, to lose weight, to fall in love and be loved, to achieve your goals then that's exactly the results you will create in your life. But unless you know what these beliefs are ​then how can you change them?

​Knowing what you truly believe about yourself matters, because unless you are 100% honest with yourself and discover what makes you do the things you do you can’t expect to transform yourself and your life.

You won’t achieve the sustainable transformation you want, you won't ever be liberated from your unhappy life. 

The problems are never the problems, you think you want a dress size or number on a scale but that's not actually what you want, what you want is the feeling that you think those things will bring you the happiness, the loving yourself, the permission to live your life.

 

But the feeling you want can't be achieved from anything external you can't diet or train yourself out of an unhealthy relationship with yourself and you can't diet and train yourself to happy and content.

You may be thinking I can't have it all, I've tried everything endless online programs, joining Facebook groups for motivation, following your favourite fitness models or celebs workout plans and diets thinking those might be the answer, but none have these have achieved the transformation you want.

These didn’t work because they weren’t helping you to understand how to get out of your own way or how to stop ruining your results. What you need is support, you need guidance, you need answers you need to know why you let perfectionism, emotional eating, the "fuck it" mentality keep you stuck, lonely and terrified of being unhappy for the rest of your life.

So right now don’t listen to the voice in your head feeding you excuses, about why you shouldn’t or can’t tell that voice this time is different because you will be supported every step of the way, you and I together are an unstoppable team.

All the work we do uses my REAL You framework which is what gets you results,  it is a fully holistic approach to your life and body transformation.  You will Restore You Evolve You - Accept You and Love You.

  • We start by identifying your goal, your real why and your current belief system and what's been causing you to self-sabotage and not get results.

  • You complete an assessment of your current nutrition and lifestyle habits

  • We then work on finding an eating style which promotes physical health, doesn't make you feel deprived, promotes a healthy relationship with food and enables you to meet your healthy habit development, weight loss, muscle gain or feeling healthier with no stress around food goal. (or any other goal!) 

  • We look at what lifestyle changes are needed to support your long term success, so you get to create with my help the life design blueprint that supports the transformed version of you. 

  • I don't work from cookie cutter plans my REAL You methodology is my framework but how we apply to you will be totally unique.

Training

  • An assessment of your current ability to perform basic movement patterns.

  • A personal training app profile and account for your workouts, progress tracking.

  • All programs are written for your individual needs, goals, and ability.​

  • Plans are progressed every 4-5 weeks and will always be designed to ensure you are increasing your endurance, strength, and stamina.​

  • If you don't have access to a gym, no problem. I can create workouts for you to do at home with minimal equipment.

REAL YOU GROUP COACHING 

A 12-week breakthrough and transformation group coaching program where we work through my REAL YOU framework. 

YOUR GROUP  – You will be with 3 like-minded women who have the same goals and dreams for themselves as you, who experience the same daily struggles as you who are sick and tired of not getting the results they want and are ready to change their lives.

 

SUPPORT LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER HAD BEFORE - regular one on one contact and accountability from me via video app and messenger to keep you focused and help you work through struggles as they come up.

 

CONNECTION AND SUPPORT – You will have a connection pod with the 2 other women in the group so you can be there to help and support each other  

 

(This has honestly been a game-changer for women in the previous groups they finally have their tribe but how much you use that is your choice)

 

Bi-WEEKLY CALLS - Bi-weekly 1-hour Group Zoom calls.

These calls are our time for me to coach you on areas you are struggling, and for me to introduce you to the magical concepts and tools that will change how you think and develop your self- awareness.

 

During the calls, we learn from other’s experiences and you get homework from each call.

 

1x 45-minute individual zoom call per month

 

REFLECTION CHECK IN’S - An official check-in day (either weekly or bi-weekly) to celebrate your wins, see the lessons you can learn and help you set intentions going forward.,

Mental Fitness

  • We uncover what the beliefs are that really holding you back from achieving your goals.

  • Why you really want to achieve your goals because it isn’t about a size or a number it’s about a feeling you’re currently lacking in your life.

  • What’s causing you to self-sabotage and how to manage it

 

You will be given homework assignments and tools I already use successfully with my one on one clients and tools that set you up for long-term success

 

Lifestyle design

 

  • Lifestyle design is about freedom, reclaiming your time and doing things you like.

  • We help you set up your life the way you want it to be so you can create yourself an environment that helps you turn the vision you have for yourself into reality. 

 

This will be delivered through homework assignments and the provision of tools I already use successfully with my one on one clients.

Nutrition

 

  • I provide protocols individualised for your goals (not meal plans that’s not what you need!)

  • Coaching around your nutrition mindset because this is about more than just calories

  • I help you develop a peaceful and healthy relationship with food so you can enjoy it and just live your life no stresses.

 

This will be delivered through homework assignments and the provision of tools I already use successfully with my one on one clients.

 

Physical Fitness  

  • 3 x strength training plans over the 12-week period complete with videos and the ability to track each workout and your physical progress in our joint app.

Daily movement  goal

This will be delivered through app I already use successfully with my one on one clients.
